We’ve been running into a few bad days lately. When you’re having a bad day, everything can start to feel impossible. It is easy for a bad day to start to feel like a bad week, month and year. There are a few things that we’ve found helpful when looking to take a moment in the middle of the day and see if our “bad day” was actually just a bad call, meeting or moment.


We’ve made a list of the things that immediately make us feel more grounded and at peace. This short list of tasks make us feel like we’re prioritizing our wellbeing and can often allow us to make decisions from a clear headspace.


This is our list, but everyone’s list will be different! We’ve created a blank template for you to use to fill out your Bad Day Turn Around list. Fill out the check list and next time you encounter a bad moment or day, go through the flow of the activities that can support you in coming out on the other side.
