Tree Decor | Farmhouse

I love the holidays. Like, in an obsessive, can’t control my excitement kind of way. This year, I have been so excited about putting up my Christmas trees, that I think I’m going to do it earlier than ever before. Dressing my trees is one of my favorite things to do every year. I start thinking of themes around June, and from that point on, I am picking up any ornaments or ribbon I see that fit with that year’s design.

This year, I thought it would be fun to do a series of posts where I share a few tree themes and decor ideas. First up, Farmhouse! This is one of my favorite themes and is what I went with last year. All of the items are linked at the end of this post. For this theme, ribbon is key! Some trees are more ornament heavy, while others can be more sprig and ribbon heavy. Cork and burlap ribbon are a must for this theme. Sprigs and pinecones are another wonderful addition.
