My Wellbeing Tech Stack
My wellness tech stack. These are the apps I reach for on a daily basis to support my wellbeing. I think technology can be amazing when you have a balance of apps and sites that are for enjoyment and entertainment, productivity and wellness.
Bible App
It is so important to me to have the Bible app on my phone. My physical Bible is so important to me, but when I don’t have it with me, I know that I have my Bible app for guidance and inspiration throughout the day.
Classpass
I’ve been a Classpass user for years, and I feel like it’s gotten really great over the past couple of years. There are so many salons and spas on the app now, that I can use it for both that and workouts.
Erewhon
I was embarrassed to add this, but y’all know I’m honest. I have the Erewhon cafe membership, and it is so helpful for nights when I can’t make dinner. If there’s one thing at Erewhon that is worth it, it’s the hot bar.
Health App
This connects to my apple watch and tracks my steps. Very important.
MyFlo
I’ve recently started cycle syncing, and this app tells me about each phase in a cycle, how I should eat and which workouts I should do.
