Work From Home Outfits and More

Before we get into work from home stuff, let’s say goodbye to Summer. Here are some of my favorite shots from Summer. Now, we can officially move into Fall, so let the Fall content begin!

I’m so grateful to be able to work from home, but I’m going to be honest, it takes a lot of structure that I have to create for myself to feel successful and productive when working from home. There are a few things that I do every day that help me feel set up for success everyday, so here they are in the event they can be helpful for you too! Anything I was unable to link I included on this Pinterest board.

Shower

Getting ready for the day is extremely important when looking to have a productive work from home day. Make your morning shower a little more luxe ro get your ready for the day!

Know The Time

Wearing a watch is one of my favorite hacks for getting through the work day. I like to wear my apple watch to help track activity, and it can also be helpful to see quick previews of your notifications without being on your phone.

Keep All Of Your Items Contained

I keep a pouch with all of my work items in it so that I can put it away at the end of the day to truly create a separation between work and home. Pens, computer glasses, mouse, all get thrown in here at the end of the day and unloaded at the beginning of the day.

Get Dressed For The Day

Whenever I put on a great outfit, even though I’m working from home, I have a great day. Wearing clothes that you feel comfortable in, but that you also feel like you could wear outside is the key for me. Top tip? Have a pair of structured shoes that you specifically wear in the house. Put them on when you get ready for the day and don’t take them off until you’re done with work!
