Mocktail Recipes To Enjoy During Dry January

We cannot believe that it’s a new year. We are beyond happy that it is because 2021 definitely overstayed it’s welcome, but we still can’t believe it.

For many, with a new year comes new resolutions. Resolutions to change habits, implement healthier ones and abandon a few that may not serve us. We don’t know where the idea of Dry January came from, but it makes sense. After the Holidays and a few months of celebrating, it’s nice to start the year with a detox.

Whether you don’t drink alcohol or you’re just taking a break during January, we’re sharing a few mocktail recipes that you can enjoy all the time!

Cucumber Spritz

  • One can of plain seltzer water

  • two slices of cucumber

  • Key lime juice

    Grapefruit Breeze

  • 1/2 grapefruit juice

  • 1/2 pamplemousse La Croix

  • One sprig of rosemary

    Ginger ale (get it?)

  • 1/2 ginger beer

  • One sprig of mint

  • 1/2 lime sparkling water

  • Garnish with crystalized ginger

    Green Tea Spritz

  • 1/2 Iced green tea

  • 1 pump simple syrup

  • 1 splash of cranberry juice

  • Top with cranberry sparkling water

    Frozen “Margarita”

  • 1 oz grenadine

  • 1.5 cups grapefruit juice

  • One sprig of mint

  • Add ice and blend

  • Pour into a margarita glass and top with a spring of mint
