Getting Back Into A Wellness Routine

We’ve all been there. You are going about life, giving attention to everything that pulls you in a million different directions, and suddenly you look up and realize that you’ve completely let go of all of your wellness practices. If you’re like us, your first reaction is to panic and start playing the blame game.
”What have I done?!"
”Why have I not taken care of myself?!”

Stop. There is nothing to be gained from being hard on yourself. Life gets busy and requires a lot of you, and you were simply responding in the best way you knew how at the time. The great news is that you recognized it, and today is a new day to start again!
Here are a few steps we take when we want to restart a wellness routine:

Here’s a bonus recipe that you can make today that will warm your belly and your soul:

Ingredients:
One head of cauliflower
Tahini
Flaky Salt
Olive Oil & Lemon
Steps:
Trim exterior leaves from the head of cauliflower.               
Steam cauliflower until tender 
Transfer to crisping sheet and roast at 450 for about 40-50 minutes or until golden brown all over.  

For sauce:

Combine tahini and lemon juice with a bit of olive oil
