Spring Beauty Favorites
Spring is trying as hard as it possibly can to come through, but winter is hanging on for dear life. The sun has started to peek through, but the rain is still on and off. With that said, I’m going to lean into the sunshine completely, so there are a few products that I’m loving heading into spring.
KORA Organics | Noni Glow Face Oil
I got this oil in my most recent Sephora haul, and it’s genuinely amazing. My skin has been incredibly dry lately. As someone who usually has very oily skin, I’m currently trying to get to the bottom of why my skin has recently changed so drastically, but while I get to the bottom of this, the Noni Glow Face Oil has been a huge help in getting moisture back into my skin. It absorbs nicely and creates such an even canvas for your foundation.Isle of Paradise | Self - Tanning Water
While this product says that it’s sold out online, you can definitely find it in store. This product is absolutely amazing. As a brown girl, people definitely wonder why I would even consider tanning. The answer is, it’s for the exact same reason that everyone else does it! I want an even, flawless, glowing tan. This product will give it to you. I cannot get enough of this product. It is also zero mess, so you don’t have to worry about ruining your white sheets. I used the product before bed and woke up a few shades darker and simply looked gold. I have turned all of my friends onto this.Summer Fridays | Jet lag mask
This product has been the talk of Instagram for awhile now. I wanted to love this product because, in all honesty, I love the packaging, but I thought I would give it a shot. I had a stretch of travel coming up, so I thought that I would give it a try and use it in the way that it’s intended to be used. I put this on before taking a six hour flight, and when I landed, my skin wasn’t as try as it would normally be. While I still needed to get moisture back into my skin, it felt much better than it would have normally. Since then, I’ve been using this on the weekends when I want to go makeup free, and I’ve been loving it!Ole Henriksen | The Clean Truth Foaming Cleanser
I regularly get eyelash extensions, and when you have eyelash extensions, it’s very important that you’re careful with the way you maintain them and wash them. Foaming cleansers are your best bet, as they are the most gentle. I grabbed this one after a quick google search, and while I’m half way through the bottle, I think that I like it. The only change that I think I will make moving forward is using a more moisturizing cleanser in the morning when I don’t have to remove makeup.Peter Thomas Roth | Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Hydra-Gel Eye Patches
My relationship with these eye patches is always on and off. Sometimes I remember to use them, others I don’t use them for weeks at a time. These are the ultimate shot of water to the under eye area. They always come back around, and I love that.
