We know, it’s the one liner you’ve heard since the beginning of time, and we can’t imagine how sick you are of hearing it. With that said, we’re about to say it to you once again, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” We know that it's annoying, but the reality is, you need the fuel for the hustle.
While it’s the most important meal of the day, breakfast is also one of the hardest meals to plan for. When you are running from the moment you wake up, it can be difficult to stop and eat, let alone think of what to eat beforehand. We think that we’ve mastered the ultimate breakfast cheat. The trick is to keep it simple and plan ahead of time.
The secret is to have all of the materials you need ready wherever you have the most time to eat breakfast. For example, we know many of you get your workouts in, first thing in the morning, and then you head into work. If you have all of your breakfast groceries at your house, it isn’t really setting you up for success, given your morning routine. Grab those groceries on Sunday night, take them into work on Monday morning, and have everything you need, where you need it, for the week to come.
